Have you ever imagined yourself saying your vows with the love of your life, overlooking the most spectacular views of the sea?
Our bride and groom brought their dream wedding to life at the Hotel ME Ibiza, a venue that is part of the Melia hotel chain and offers the most exclusive, elegant and luxury experience to you and your guests. Located in Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza, this wedding took place surrounded by a stunning landscape, admired perfectly from the rooftop bar with incredible views of the glistening waves. This was the very setting for both the wedding ceremony and the reception, a very exclusive venue with a pool and glass walls that offered amazing panoramic views. For the banquet, the Hotel ME Ibiza served avant-garde dishes that combined the typical dishes of the region with fusion flavours, always prepared with the freshest and healthiest ingredients. There was even a cocktail party before the reception!
For the ceremony, a white carpet was laid out across the terrace, leading the bride to the aisle to the altar, which consisted of two large flower columns that matched the bride’s bouquet and the flowers from the table centrepieces. Whilst the flowers did add a touch of colour, white was the true star of the show, featured not only in the carpet but also in the chairs and tablecloths as well as the bride’s dress and veil. This gorgeous choice was a nod to the fact that Ibiza is known as the Isla Blanca, or the white island.
But of course, a white wedding wouldn’t be complete without some beautiful flowers to add a touch of colour. The bride’s bouquet consisted of light shades such as pale pinks, whites, and green leaves and stems. Silvia Colvetta was in charge of decorating the venue with some simple roses and geraniums that were also placed on the banquet tables in yellow tones to add colour to the silver cutlery and white designer plates with white napkins.
Our beautiful bride chose a gorgeous bohemian-style dress designed by local designer Virginia Vald that showcased a breathtaking V-neck covered in unique feathers on either side as well as at the back. The top half of the gown consisted of a one-of-a-kind mesh base that was covered with stunning sparkling embroidery, as well as a seductive open back. The lower half of the dress was made from light chiffon with a magnificent lace underskirt that peeps through when it reaches the floor.
As for the bride’s makeup, Ibizan local Anai Perez helped the bride to really stand out with light and simple tones and natural looking thin eyeliner, leaving her skin looking bright and illuminated for that ‘fresh-faced’ look, allowing her natural beauty to be the star of the show.
Anai Perez also styled our bride’s hair, creating a wavy half-up-half-down look with a few strands of her falling over the sides of her face in the most romantic way.
The groom wore a more informal and bohemian outfit that looked effortless alongside the bride’s look. He was dressed in a white shirt to coordinate with the wedding’s colour scheme along with some beige trousers, a brown belt and some brown shoes.
Of course, the Wedding Planner for this spectacular event was none other than Natalia Ortiz, who worked wonderfully with the photographer, Gypsy West Wood, who beautifully captured the most amazing moments from this special day.
