Oh hello super bright colourful kites and fabulously cheery couple! The perfect antidote to this rather dreary London afternoon perhaps? I’m so thrilled to share with you this gorgeous engagement shoot by the lovely Lisa Devlin of Devlin Photos who shot the Big Fat Wedding Bloggers shoot last year which I was super lucky to be a part of.
But, enough about me and on to this fabulous bride and groom to be! Well. Rob proposed while he and Jo were out flying a kite which is mega romantic in it’s own right and the perfect starting point for their engagement shoot.
The wo enlisted the help of Hannah from The Tea Set to help make the colourful kites and the ever popular Elbie van Eeden for hair & make up. Like yours truly, Jo is a graphic designer and loves a bit of colour so the whole idea was absolutely perfect, graphic, playful and quite simply amazing. Combine this with the beautiful light and framing captured by Lisa and voila! A super cool engagement shoot!
