Natalie and Mark met on the set of the filming of a music video. How cool is that? Sounds a bit like a movie to me. Monica described Natalie as “graceful and and has the most amazing calming presence.” She is also stunning. I really love the dreamy bridal shots Monica took and how cool are the long exposure shots with the bridesmaids walking past? The colours and lighting add to the overall dreamy romantic feel of the day. Natalie’s natural almost dewy makeup was by Helga Bridal while her ethereal dress was designed by up and coming fashion designer Lara Klawikowski. The flowers were created by Alison’s flowers and guests were treated to cupcakes from Cupcake Boutique
Monica continues “Both Natalie and Mark are very eco-friendly and wanted a ‘green wedding’. Kirstenbosch Gardens was the perfect location for this – the ceremony was held against the backdrop of the mountain, surrounded by the lush gardens. Following the ceremony, everyone enjoyed drinks and canapes on the lawn while we snuck off to do the bridal photo’s. The rest of the evening unfolded in Silvertree Restaurant in the gardens with everyone dancing the night away.”
