Belleek Castle is truly a boutique hotel as it offers only 10 individually decorated rooms, making it the perfect castle wedding venue for intimate Ireland weddings. So if you are planning a small destination wedding in Ireland for 20 people (or more!), you can take over the castle in exclusivity and enjoy the royal experience in a private setting with your nearest and dearest.
When it comes to deciding where to hold your wedding ceremony and host the reception afterwards, you have several options to choose from at Belleek Castle. Groups of up 20-50 people can host the entire celebration in the main castle. Lord Arran’s Dining Room, where breakfast is typically served each morning for staying guests, with it’s subtle mint-coloured walls and a large bay window that let’s in plenty of daylight it’s the perfect room to host your marriage ceremony for parties up to approximately 30 guests. Afterwards you can move on to the upper ‘Tween Deck’ that can seat 32 people for a private dinner. This atmospheric room is a true recreation of a Spanish Armada Galleon, with sloping ship windows and antique wood paneled fireplace. The Library Restaurant, which is the main dining room at Belleek Castle and it is set in the former library of the 19th century manor house, can be used to host a receptions for up to 50 guests. This room is also licenced to hold for civil ceremonies.
Larger groups can avail of the rustic stone ceremony room, which is situated in the restored 19th century stables and has been maintained with most of it’s original brickwork. Dinners can also be held in this room should you prefer it to the Baronial Great Hall. Overlooked by a massive 13th century Norman fireplace, this impressive Banquet Hall can host anything up to 200 guests for a seated dinner. A large dance floor is the main attraction of this room, where you can dance the night away to the sound of your favorite live band or a professional DJ.
