Castel Monastero

In the well-known Valle dell’Ombrone, just 23 km from Siena, stands the Castel Monastero in an intact medieval hamlet from the 9th century, also known as Monastero dell’Ombrone in the manuscripts of the time.

The building, surrounded by 4 hectares of greenery, offers views of the vineyards and olive groves on almost all of these sides. It has been restored with respect for tradition and its origins as a former country residence, albeit with modern design elements.
