Villa Alceo was built in 1870 by the Canto Family, a noble family from Milan. The name Alceo, comes from a Greek lyrical poet, who was famous because of his poems were played by the Lira, a Greek instrument.

Today, because of its perfect location to lake Como, Lugianno and the Belle Epoque decoration followed by liberty ceilings, crystal chandeliers, marble statues and a collection of 70 Russian paintings, the villa will be like being in a stopped-in-time ambiance.

The balcony in the park,unique outdoor terrace with fountains, beautiful salons and an a scenic terrace is the perfect place where you can say ”I do”. The large red terrace adorned with statues can fit up to 100 guests and the salons can host together seated 50 guests. In addition, the 7 suites can host up to 21 guests and this will make your event even more comfortbale
