I came across Hapitat on Twitter a few weeks ago and approached Emma, the designer, for a feature right away. I really love the idea of reusing vintage silks, satins, feathers, lace and jewelry to make something new and these fascinators are truly beautiful. I’m a sucker for vintage pieces regardless, so it didn’t take much to fall in love with some of the designs, but there is something quite romantic about all of Emma’s pieces. They are perfect for a bride, but are also suitable for bridesmaids and wedding guests too. I’m also really into the fact that Hapitat uses recycled packaging, business cards and boxes. Prices start from ?35 for a small corsage and go all the way up to ?165 for a larger piece. She also does bouquets made from the same materials. Enjoy!
