A little bit about the bride and groom… Roz and Joe were married in Autumn of last year at the Tithe Barn\ near Petersfield, Hampshire. The venue was a beautiful 16th century rustic yet elegant barn. The couple planned the wedding with this in mind, from the simple white flowers to the majestic candelabras. I think the barn provided such a beautiful backdrop for the photos and the ceiling is absolutely stunning.
Roz says “The two hardest decisions were that of the dress and also the photography. After visiting most of the bridal shops in London (and Berkshire and Hertfordshire) I found my dream dress in Suzanne Neville, a strapless and structured design accessorized with some sparkly jewelry from Etsy”.
The couple spent loads of time looking for the perfect photographer and finally chose Robert. Roz’s advice is ‘to be as thorough in your research [for your photographer] as you are with your dress – the two have equal importance from my point of view. And expect to spend a little more if you find the right person. It can be the difference between good photos and a stunning visual record of you day.’
The evening ended with an 80?s disco (the couples first dance was Hall and Oates ‘You make my dreams come true’) and some of the best embarassing photos from the best man speech projected onto the wall behind the dance floor. I am all about the 80?s so this sounds like the perfect finishing touch to me!
